Webshop software
Our webshops have been developed with Woocommerce software. Personal data that you make available to us for the benefit of our services will not be shared with this party.
The security measures consist of the application of SSL encryption and a strong password policy. The Woocommerce website uses cookies to collect technical information regarding your use of the software.
The following personal data are collected for the processing of your order:

Web hosting
We take web hosting and e-mail services from One.com. One.com process personal data on our behalf and do not use your data for its own purposes. However, this party can collect metadata about the use of the services. These are not personal data. One.com have taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent loss and unauthorized use of your personal data. One.com is required by virtue of the confidentiality agreement.
Payment processors
When a product is purchased on our webshops, we request payments by bank transfer, PayPal or other means. To ensure greater security, Spix Pet Products shares only the information necessary to execute the transaction with the financial intermediaries handling the transaction.

CheapCargo
If you place an order with us, it is our job to have your package delivered to you. We make use of the services of CheapCargo to carry out the deliveries. It is therefore necessary that we share your name, address and residence details with CheapCargo. CheapCargo uses this information only for the purpose of executing the agreement. In case CheapCargo engages subcontractors, CheapCargo also makes your data available to these parties.
